The room, was no frills, but was clean, well maintained and quiet. The hotel occupies one level so it is easy to navigate. The parking structure is attached to the terminal so once you park, you take an elevator directly to the 2nd Level, and walk inside the terminal to a second elevator that takes you to the hotel itself. The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 1 for the arrival and departure of international flights. However, this hotel is not only clean, and efficiently run, but the staff are very friendly to both their human and animal guests. For this reason it is difficult to find good accommodations that take both kinds of pets. The driver was efficient, the car was modern and clean, and we got to the hotel easily.Who knew that the Hilton Hotel chain had a hotel that was not only people friendly, but pet friendly as well, in the middle of the Mexico City International Airport. Meanwhile their car showed up, and a non-english speaking driver hopped out.Īfter that bit of chaos, the ride went fine. I called an Uber which was cheaper than the price of the transfer. They then said that the driver was already there, which they weren't. They even sent me a snarky text saying "Look, it was up to you to tell me what terminal you arrived. They asked which terminal I was at which should have been easy for them to figure out based on the flight info I entered in the reservation. I texted that number back and got a reply that they neither speak English nor Spanish. When we arrived at Mexico City airport, we got a phone call from someone that doesn't speak English. I texted, and emailed prior to the trip but no response. Although stated in the TripAdvisor page and the confirmation email, no one sent me a meeting point.
